29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 460 McClellan Blvd., Lot 137 Old Battles, Fairhope, Alabama: On or about October 12, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the tops of framed walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 9 feet 3 inches to the concrete floor below. THE NARCISO GRIMALDO PEREZ DBA NARCISO GRIMALDO PEREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1242681, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 24, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 23899 CYPRESS MANOR, LOT 45 CYPRESS VILLAGE, ORANGE BEACH, ALABAMA.
