29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 12115 Aurora Way, Lot 121 Grace Magnolia, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about October 24, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a walk board which measured only 12 inches wide without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 16.8 feet to the concrete floor below.
