29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: location: 1000 Fox St. on or about: 10/11/17 Employees, erecting a tubular welded frame scaffold, were not provided with fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of up to 20 feet. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
