Location: 256 Church Street, Kingston, MA 02364 On or about October 13, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over eight feet from an upper working surface to the ground below, where fall protection was not used. Ridge Brothers Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193241, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 71 Court Street Plymouth, MA 02360
