Connex, Inc., Eyewash station outside of tumbling room, on or about October 17th, 2017 and times prior there to:  Employees worked with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Chemetall Product 317 and Beacon lubricants Anti-Rust 165 during tumbling operations at the facility.  The Sperian brand (non-pressurized self-contained eyewash) outside of the tumbling room was not in compliance with ANSI/ISEA 358.1-2014 for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment in that:    1)  Weekly visual inspections of the eyewash station were not conducted. The emergency eyewash unit was not visually inspected weekly to verify that the flushing fluid does not need to be changed or supplemented.
