29 CFR 1910.9(b): Training on hazards and related matters such as standards requiring employees receive training or that the employer train employees, provide training to employees, or institute or implement a training program, were not provided by the employer to each affected employee in the manner required by the standard. a) Distribution Center, Northeast Side: On or about October 17, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not implement the use of high visibility vests for all employees to prevent employees from being struck by moving truck tractors and trailers when working or walking in the yard. b) Distribution Center: On or about October 17, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, while working in the yard. The employer did not implement a traffic control plan to recognize, address, evaluate, and control traffic hazards.
