29 CFR 1904.35(b)(1)(iv): The employer discriminated or retaliated against employees for reporting work-related injuries or illnesses: a) Dollar Tree Distribution, DC6: Between October 20, 2017 and December 5, 2017, the employer discriminated against employees who reported work-related illness or injuries and utilized policies and procedures that discriminated against or penalized employees for reporting work-related injuries and illnesses including, but not limited to, the following: 1. On or about October 20, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 2. On or about October 25, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 3. On or about October 25, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 4. On or about October 26, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 5. On or about November 2, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 6. On or about November 3, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 7. On or about November 7, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 8. On or about November 10, 2017, the employer disciplined an employee because the employee reported a work-related injury. 9.
