5(a)(1): of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: On or about September 1, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that guarding was in place on the automation department line 95 inlet conveyor. The area did not contain a guard to prevent employees from reaching the hazardous area of the belt meeting the pulley.
