29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) On or about 10/18/17, in room # 323 of the Hilton Home /Tru Construction Project, 48 Freeman Rd., Lancaster, NY: Employees used a DeWalt ½ in. VSR Drill with a paddle attachment to mix drywall compound. The drill was connected to 120 volt-ac power via a series of two extension cords, the first of which was plugged into a receptacle in a temporary power distribution center. The last cord in the series was a short pigtail extension cord that lacked a ground prong on its plug. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
