29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  a) On or about October 17, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the shop circuit breaker panel which provided power throughout the shop, had eight circuit breakers which were not labeled to identify disconnecting means.   Note-Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):  a) On or about October 17, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a waste oil heater, exposed to live 110V electrical wires, where no covers were installed on three junction boxes to guard against contact.   Note-Abatement certification is required for this item.
