Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold erectors and dismantlers.   a) Front fascia of Lot Number 43: On or about October 18, 2017, the employer exposed one employee to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet while installing siding material on a new single family residential construction site without proper fall protection on top of a ladder jack scaffold.
