29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) A. On or about 10/25/17, at the site of 85-38 Wicklow Place. Jamaica, NY Employees working on the fabricated frame scaffolds were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13 ft. to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only two scaffold planks. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

On or about 10/25/17, scaffolds at 85-38 Wicklow Place. Jamaica, NY Employees working from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 ft. while applying stucco to face of house. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
