At commercial construction worksite located at 3719 Independence Ave, Kansas City, Missouri. Employee was using the frame of a tubular welded scaffold to access the scaffold working surface ,and was not provided a correct point of access. The TAD ENTERPRISES INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number_979745_, citation number_1_, item number_1_ and was affirmed as a final order on 06/25/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 200 E 23rd St - Independence, Misourri.
