Finishing Area: On or about October 27, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employee(s) were exposed to respiratory hazards while working on vat assemblies without a respiratory program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, training, fit testing, and medical evaluation for employees required to use N95 filtering face piece respirators.    (b). Finishing Area, Satin Finish Room: On or about October 27, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employee(s) were exposed to respiratory hazards while working on vat assemblies without a respiratory program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, training, fit testing, and medical evaluation for employees required to use a RPB Nova supplied air respirator.
