29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- Front of Building, 1110 Route 70, Whiting NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift. This employee was not wearing the required fall protection at the time of the worksite inspection/exposure. Condition observed on or about 10/25/17.
