Employees use hazardous chemicals such as bleach, disinfectants, paints, and welding gases. A written program had not been developed to include: 1. A list of all hazardous chemicals used at the work site; 1. Current Safety Data Sheets (SDS's); 2. A description of the new pictogram system; 3. A description of the labeling system that will be used in the workplace; 4. A description of training and information provided to affected employees.
