29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Kitchen/Grill Area - Employees use degreasers (corrosive) to clean the grill and there is no eye wash facilities available exposing employees to eye injuries. Certification, with date and method of abatement required. Certification of abatement is required by 29 CFR Part 1903 and is to be submitted within (10) calendar days after the abatement date.
