29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Jobsite, Edgewater Plan, Building C11, Oakmont, PA:  On or about October 27, 2017 employees were working on the roof of the structure approximately 24 feet above the ground and were not utilizing fall protection systems.      The employer, Joshua Pritts dba Pritts Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1196496, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Edgewater Plan, Oakmont, PA.    The employer, Joshua Pritts dba Pritts Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 922632, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at West Washington Avenue & Aetna Street, Connellsville, PA.
