29 CFR 1926.1101(j)(1)(i): The employer did not establish a decontamination area, consisting of an equipment room, shower area, and clean room in series, adjacent and connected to the regulated area: a) Worksite at 579 Broad St., Newark, NJ - the former Kislak Building Employees working in a regulated area on the fifth floor changed, took breaks and stored food and clothing on the fourth floor which had damaged, unremediated asbestos containing material. A bulk sample of floor dust in the area had 0.01% asbestos. Violation occurred on or about 10/31/18.
