Violation occurred on or about July 31, 2019

29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(11)(iv): Material that had been removed from a roof was dropped or thrown to the ground: a) Worksite, 357 - 391 Wilson Ave, Newark, NJ The employer directed employees to manually remove materials including but not limited to transite panels, roofing flashing, and built up roofing that contained 5% to 15% asbestos. The employees took these materials to the edge and dropped them approximately 15 to 30 feet. Violation occurred on or about 7-26-19 to 7-31-19
