29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) At the construction of a Willow Walk residence in Palmetto, where employees laying roof wood sheet (sheeting) were exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet to the ground level. No measures to protect the employees from falling were observed on or about 11/01/2017. (b) At the construction of a Willow Walk residence in Palmetto, where employees installing a house fascia were exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet to the next level (ground). No measures to protect the employees from falling were observed on or about 11/01/2017.
