29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  Warehouse Building 3024:  The mezzanine was not marked with the load rating and was used for storage of employee lockers, pallets, industrial and miscellaneous supplies.

The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefore, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:   Office: The paper cutter used by office workers did not have a guard as required by manufacturer and the operators were exposed to lacerations.
