Crossroads Dinor, LLC ; kitchen; - On or about 11/2/17, and at times prior thereto, the meat slicer had electrical deficiencies and was not taken out of service.  The deficiencies included, but were not limited to, a damaged electrical cord that was outfitted with several ineffective electrical tape repairs and the on/off control for the motor was not functioning.
