29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about November 3, 2017, at Lot 2, 433 Paden View Court, and Lot 7a, 2519 Paden Birch, Lawrenceville, Georgia: a) An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and materials of the employees working above him when he worked from the ground without using a hard hat. b) Four employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from trusses and the tools of the employees working above them when they worked beneath those employees without wearing hard hats.
