29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) At Ponderosa Farms subdivision, Braselton, GA 30517: Roof: on or about 4/6/2026: the employer failed to perform frequent and regular inspections of the job site to include framing contractors located on Lot #126 installing plywood sheathing, in that subcontractors on site were working without a fall protection system as required by the builder.
