29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this section shall determine the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). This determination shall be made in accordance with either paragraph (d)(2) or paragraph (d)(3) of 29 CFR 1910.1026. a) The SBJ Group Inc. at 3518 Larimer St., Denver, CO 80205: On and before November 6, 2017, the employer did not determine the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). Employees performed welding and grinding on stainless steel producing hexavalent chromium fume. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards.

The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in accordance with the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard and paragraph (l)(2) of 1910.1026. a) The SBJ Group Inc. at 3518 Larimer St., Denver, CO 80205: On and before November 6, 2017, the employer did not include chromium (VI) in the hazard communication program. Employees were not provided effective information and training on the hazards of chromium (VI). Employees performed welding and grinding on stainless steel producing hexavalent chromium fume. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
