29 CFR 1926.106(c): Ring buoys with at least 90 feet of line were not provided and readily available for emergency rescue operations: a) Blue Mesa Bridges: On or about November 2, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to injuries such as hypothermia and drowning in that the floatation device provided at the work site was not designed for throwing to a person in need of water rescue. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
