Employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, kerosene to clean parts and equipment and kept these chemicals in unlabeled containers such as, but not limited to, soap and soda bottles. Unlabeled bottles of hazardous chemicals were shared between shifts and kept at equipment for more than one shift.
