29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) On or about November 8, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet while re-roofing a two story townhouse complex with no fall protection in place.     Arambulas LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1920.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021529, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 10361 E Prentice Place, Englewood, CO.   Arambulas LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020925, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9753 E Crestline Drive, Greenwood Village CO.
