29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals or materials in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area:   1) Warehouse Area: On or about November 15, 2017, the employer exposed employees to a health hazards by not providing training to all employees on the new hazard communication standard Global Harmonized System (GHS) that took effective December 1, 2013.  The employees were using the hazardous chemical on a daily basis, such as but not limited to propane, spray paint and hydraulic fluid.
