29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about November 20, 2017, the electrical panel located on the northeast wall near the dust collector had unused openings in the box exposing employees to live electrical when accessing the panel and posing a fire harzard from the potential buildup of ignitable residue inside the box.
