29 CFR 1910.216(b)(3): All auxiliary equipment such as mill divider, support bars, spray pipes, feed conveyors, strip knives, etc., were not located in such a manner as to avoid interference with access to and operation of safety devices. On or about 11/17/17, the employer failed to ensure that the calendar strip knives on Mill # 7 were guarded. The point of operation of the knives was about 21.5 inches from where the operator stands.
