29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system:  a.  On or about November 16, 2017, on the southwest side of a 4/12 pitch roof of an established commercial building, an employee installing metal roofing sheets was not protected from a 19 feet 4 inch fall hazard while wearing only a body belt in place of a personal fall arrest system.  Boyer Brothers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1192981, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7100 Spanish Fort Blvd., Faith Family Fellowship, Spanish Fort, AL. 36527.
