29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while drilling and fastening material at unprotected sides and edges 4 feet or more above a lower level.  This was most recently documented at the jobsite located at or near 3801 S Oliver St. in Wichita Kansas. The employer did not require the use of a fall protection system or other means to ensure that employees working more than 4 feet above a lower level were protected from falling at the following locations:  a) Building 1-198D, at 747 wheel well assembly, approximately 10 feet to the concrete below.  b) Building 4-118F South Hanger, approximately 7 feet 4 inches to the concrete below.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.  The employer is failing to protect employees from fire and explosion hazards. This was most recently documented at the jobsite located at or near 3801 S Oliver St. in Wichita Kansas. Building 3-187S in the maintenance shop, the employer did not remove or separate compressed gas cylinders (3 pressurized cylinders, ranging from 14.1oz to 16oz) that were stored with highly flammable substances such as but not limited to flammable lubricants in a yellow cabinet, labeled FLAMMABLE.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined, at least daily or before each shift if used on a round-the clock basis, before being placed into service.    The employer is failing to protect employees from crush and struck by hazards, while operators are driving forklifts. This was most recently documented at the jobsite located at or near 3801 S Oliver St. in Wichita Kansas.  The forklifts are not being inspected daily or prior to each shift where multiple shifts are involved. The Deburr Machine, Model TTM-2 S/N #PO30A1 located in Building 3-213, Area JJ22, was in operation with an unguarded chain and sprocket, which was less than seven feet above the floor.
