29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, holes, leaks, and spills. The employer failed to ensure the dock floor was free for hazards, such as holes or separation of concrete, creating an unevenness, exposing employees to tripping hazards or struck by hazards from falling loads from forklift traffic. The Central Transport, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081530, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/10/2016, with a final abatement date of 2/10/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 St. Johns Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
