29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: On or about November 14, 2017, on the rig floor in the Top Dog House, the metal roof panel was partially opened in order to run electrical cables through which may cause accidental damage. This exposed employees to electric shock hazards.
