29 CFR 1910.134(h)(3)(iii): Air and oxygen cylinders of self-contained breathing apparatus were not recharged when the pressure fell to 90% of the manufacturer's recommended pressure level: On or about October 15, 2024, on the mud tank walkway, employees conducted oil and gas operations with an SCBA not recharged when it dropped below 90% of the manufacturer's recommended pressure level.
