29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) 69 Rover Street, Everett, MA. JP Building, all floors. On or about November 21, 2017, the employer allowed an excessive amount of combustible recycled material dust to accumulate on rafters, floors, structural members, machines, and electrical components. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
