29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) 401 Rocky Run Blvd, Wilmington, DE Storage Area behind the counter- On or about November 28, 2017 the employer did not maintain the walking and working surfaces in an orderly condition. There were displaced articles in the path from the cash office going to the store floor door of the storage area. It posed a same level fall (tripping) hazard.
