29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 11/28/2017 - Backroom area, a shopping cart containing overflow merchandise and empty boxes were stored in front of the 240-volt electrical circuit breaker panels. Dolgencorp, LLC, dba Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1188854, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4979 Highway 17, Helena, Alabama.
