29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 22149 Hwy 59, Advanced Auto Part, Robertsdale, Alabama: On or about November 29, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work from an aerial lift basket without a harness on and tied off exposing him to a fall of up to 24 feet to the ground below.
