29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) 1202 to 1207 Chatham Drive, Morgantown, Pennsylvania - Three employees worked installing new roofing on the six townhouses two stories high. The employees did not use any fall protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling to a lower level, on or about November 29, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
