Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 1417 Diamond Station Road Ephrata PA - Employees were performing roofing activity on a steep residential roof, 8 in 12 pitch without the benefit of a complete fall protection system, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 24 to 30 feet high at the back of the house and approximately 12 feet high at the front of the house to the ground below, on or about October 14, 2020. Bottom Line Construction LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1279792, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1202 - 1207 Chatham Drive Morgantown, PA 19543. No abatement certification or documentation required.
