W & K Construction Carpentry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102 (a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1116331, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2016, with respect to a worksite located at 41 Birchwood, Northbrook, Illinois.     W & K Construction Carpentry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102 (a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1011222, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2015, with respect to a worksite located at 1819 Elmwood, Wilmette, Illinois.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
