29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employees were exposed to skin burns and eye damage from corrosive chemicals. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to Ecolab Greasestrip Plus which contains sodium hydroxide and is a corrosive, and Ecolab Apex Power which contains potassium hydroxide and is a corrosive. There was no eye wash station to provide a 15 minute flush of employee's eyes for use in an emergency.

Employees utilize chemicals such as but not limited to Ecolab Greasestrip Plus which contains sodium hydroxide and is a corrosive; and Ecolab Apex Power which contains potassium hydroxide, and there was no written program describing Labels and other forms of warning, how material safety data sheets would be maintained and employee training.
