29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. 2100 Carpenter Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19152 - The employer did not ensure that three employees, who were erecting wooden frames, were protected from falling off the unprotected open sides and edges by either personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems. The employees were working approximately 13 feet, 11 inches above the ground. Observed On or About November 20, 2017
