29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: (a) On or about November 30, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that spray bottles of Car Brite Hypershine High Gloss Tire Dressing, which contains N-heptane and Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, inhalation toxicants, were properly labeled, exposing employees to inhalation hazards. (b) On or about November 30, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that spray bottles of Car Brite Crystal Shine, which contains benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, an immune system toxicant, skin, eye, and respiratory irritant, were properly labeled, exposing employees to contact and inhalation hazards. (c) On or about November 30, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a spray bottle of Car Brite Hypershine High Gloss Tire Dressing, which contains N-heptane and Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, inhalation toxicants, was clearly labeled where the container had a label for TEC 392 Heavy Duty Enzyme and a hand written label for Tire Shine, exposing employees to inhalation hazards. (d) On or about November 30, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a bottle of liquid chemical labeled Car Brite Acid Wheel Cleaner contained the chemical indicated by the label, where it had been filled with Car Brite Wheel Cleaner Concentrated Acid-Free Wheel and Tire Cleaner, which contains Sodium Hydroxide, a corrosive chemical.
