29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about December 4, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet. The employees were performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 6344 Avon Beldon, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44035. The employees were working on all areas of the roof without using any form of fall protection. Allied Exteriors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1051386, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/8/15, with respect to a workplace located at 30803 Breckenridge, Westlake, Ohio 44145.
