29 CFR 1926.752(c)(2): The controlling contractor did not ensure that a firm, properly graded, drained area, readily accessible to the work with adequate space for the safe storage of materials and the safe operation of the erector's equipment:    A).       On or about 12/05/2017, at North west side of Head House La Guardia Airport Terminal B. Flushing, NY      I-beams stored on the ground for steel erection were not level. One of the I-beams was rolled over and injured an employee's leg.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
