29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about November 29, 2017, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 377 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, Ohio 44212; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a multi-unit residential structure were protected from a fall of approximately 19.2 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. The K & R Construction LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(11) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980914, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5475 Diamond Creek Drive, Medina, OH 44256
